	Fig：Immunoprecipitation of Vinculin from Rat heart was performed using Vinculin Rabbit mAb (AWA10165,1:250). Rabbit IgG isotype control was used to precipitate the Control IgG sample. The IP sample was eluted with Glycine buffer. Western blot analysis of immunoprecipitates was conducted using Vinculin Rabbit mAb (AWA10165) at a dilution of 1:1000. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) - HRP Secondary Antibody (AWS0002) at 1:5,000 dilution.
