	Fig : Western blot analysis of YTHDF2 on different lysates. Proteins were transferred to a NC membrane and blocked with 5% NF-Milk in TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (AWA06059, 1/4000) was used in TBST at room temperature for 2 hours. 	Fig：Immunoprecipitation of YTHDF2 from Hela cells was performed using YTHDF2 Mouse mAb (AWA06059, 0.5 ug antibody for 1 mg of total protein lysate). Mouse IgG isotype control was used to precipitate the Control IgG sample. The IP sample was eluted with Glycine buffer. Western blot analysis of immunoprecipitates was conducted using YTHDF2 Rabbit mAb (AWA22025) at a dilution of 1:1000. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) - HRP Secondary Antibody (AWS0002) at 1:5,000 dilution.

	Fig : Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Mouse-testis tissue with Mouse anti-YTHDF2 antibody (AWA06059) at 1/500 dilution. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 20 minutes. The tissues were blocked in 3% H₂O₂ for 15 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (AWA06059) at 1/500 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system(ABIOWELL, AWI0629). DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
